Suggested Uses: Skin Care - Massage Blends: Add 1-2 % (5 drops per 10ml or 50 drops per 100ml) of cream, lotion or body butter for general body application. Vaporizer/Diffuser:  Add 10-12 drops to Vapouriser/Diffuser to add an uplifting, calming aroma to the room. Bath: Add 5-10 drops to a full standard bath. When using essential oils in the bath for children or adults we suggest diluting essential oils prior to adding to the bath with a small amount of natural bubble bath, body wash, shampoo or soap, this method will help to emulsify and disperse essential oils evenly and safely throughout the bath.
