I started using the product with my dogs that day and after only 4 days they had calmed down and their hot spots have subsided. • Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
• A tracking number will be provided if tracking was included with your order.
• Registered Post or Parcel Post with signature, tracking, and insurance is strongly recommended. We are unable to refund or resend items lost or damaged in transit without tracking and insurance.

Once your order has been handed over to Australia Post, we no longer have control over its delivery.

Combined Shipping

• We offer combined shipping discounts for multiple items purchased in the same transaction.
• To take advantage of combined shipping, please complete all purchases first and request a combined invoice before making payment.
• Combined shipping discounts only apply to transactions paid together in a single payment. Separate payments will not qualify for the discount.

Payment Policy
