How to use Magnesium Flakes Internal Suggestions;

• Method #1 - Holistic Eden's Magnesium Flakes are USP food grade flakes harvested from an isolated inland lake in the Tibetan Plateau. Recommended oral consumption, dissolve 2 to 5 grams (half to a full teaspoon) in water or fresh juice and take once per day. A full-teaspoon (approx. 5 grams) is the equivalent of 600mg of elemental magnesium. Note the recommended daily allowance is between 320mg and 450mg of elemental magnesium. When starting a new product research has shown starting with 1/4 teaspoon and work up to 1/2 or 1 teaspoon a day. Some people can develop loose stools when too much is taken in a dose and this is why we recommend working up to a full dose and establish your ideal dose.
• Method #2 - Ingredients - 33 grams Holistic Eden's Magnesium Chloride USP - 1 liter of R/O or filtered water or juice (personal preference to improve the taste) Instructions Mix 33 grams of Magnesium Chloride USP with 1 liter of Reverse Osmosis, filtered water or juice. One dose (about 45 milliliters or 1.5 ounces) of this solution makes one dosage of Magnesium supplement. Note: This solution makes about 20 x 45ml doses.

Note: Do NOT use metal spoon to mix Magnesium Chloride because Magnesium Chloride reacts with metals and also store it in a glass container. Suggested dose of Magnesium Chloride USP per day?

Note: These numbers are based on a 5'10" and 175 Pounds Male Age 10-50 Years Old: Take half a dose per day (20 - 25mls) Age 51-70 Years Old: Take one dose per day (45mls) Age 71 Years Old and Up: Take two doses per day (90mls) (preferably 45mls in the morning and 45mls in the afternoon)
